Menswear is going through a big change. I feel that men are now becoming more conscious of what they wear and how they look. I think it is an exciting time to be involved with menswear fashion design.

Living, studying and working in London never fails to offer a wealth of experience and inspiration. Visiting exhibitions, people watching, stumbling across unwanted gems on the pavement, nightlife, expect the unexpected.

My work often references the classic and traditional English gents wardrobe, combined with elements of humour, irony and risk.

With environmental issues becoming such an important issue within design, I aim to create clothes that address ethical issues within menswear design. Recycling being something that interests me immensely.

After graduating with a 1st class BA Hons degree in fashion design from Ravensbourne College June 2009;  showcasing and winning the 'Textiles' award at Graduate Fashion Week 2009; I'm looking forward to starting at the Royal College of Art in September to carry on working within menswear design.
